Terms of service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Rebooty Treasures LLC (“we”, “us”), a Florida limited liability company, for your use of the ReNventory app and website (“ReNventory”). By creating an account or using ReNventory, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ReNventory.
The beta
ReNventory is in an early, free beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be bugs. We’ll tell you before paid plans start, and nothing you do in the beta signs you up for a paid plan.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
- Give us a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Your data
Your inventory, photos and other content are yours. You give us permission to store, process, back up and display them only as needed to run ReNventory for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time.
ReNventory helps you keep records, but it isn’t accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers (such as costs for tax purposes) against your own records, and keep your own copies of anything you need to keep.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- break the law using ReNventory, or use it to track stolen goods;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around our security;
- overload, scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it;
- upload content that isn’t yours to upload, or photos of people who haven’t agreed.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why when we can.
Other services
Some features rely on other services, such as barcode lookups and, later, your eBay account if you choose to connect it. Those services have their own terms. ReNventory isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by eBay or any marketplace, and we aren’t responsible for their services or for listings and sales you make on them.
No warranty
ReNventory is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, including nightly backups, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for your purposes.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rebooty Treasures LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, arising from your use of ReNventory. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for ReNventory in the 12 months before the claim (during the free beta, that is $0) or $50, whichever is greater.
Ending your use
You can stop using ReNventory and delete your account at any time. We may end the beta or discontinue ReNventory; if we do, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to get a copy of your data first.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies; using ReNventory after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
